As a Benify client, we would like to share with you our operational plans as an organisation as well as plans regarding our services concerning the covid-19 (corona) virus.
With Regards to Benify as an Organisation:
- Benify takes this situation very seriously and as a result, we have assembled a group who are continuously monitoring the situation. The group communicates updates to all Benify employees when important information comes to hand.
- Benify has established general rules for all employees on how to minimise the risk of contracting the virus. We are following the recommendations from local health authorities (such as Folkhälsomyndigheten in Sweden), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local ministries of foreign affairs as well as local authorities.
- All employees have been instructed to take home all necessary work equipment such as computers, chargers and phones so that they can work from home should the need arise.
- Benify has limited all travel for meetings and instead opted for online meetings whenever and wherever possible.
With Regards to Benify as a Service Provider:
- As a Benify client, we would like to assure all our clients an uninterrupted continuation and delivery of our services.
- As a cloud-based service provider, we have processes, routines and teams in place to conduct “business as usual” from a client and user perspective.
Communicating with Your Employees:
- As a Benify client, we would like to remind you of the communicational tool inside the portal.
- Use the portal’s communication tool to send important, timely messages or updates to your employees. The Benify portal allows you to send e-mails, push notifications or in-portal messages to your employees. You can also use filters to send the message to specific groups.
